We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@afromasks.co.uk with details of the product and the defect.

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch, however, if you product is damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately.
If, upon receipt, your mask is found to be damaged then please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing sales@afromasks.co.uk explaining the problem and, if possible, attaching a photo.

In the event of you receiving an incorrect item please notify us within 48 hours by emailing sales@afromasks.co.uk and we will arrange for this to be rectified.

If you remove the tags on the masks, wear or use the masks, it will be considered that you accept these as a replacement to your original order

If there are items missing from your order please email sales@afromasks.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt detailing the missing items and we will look into this as a matter of urgency

Shipment usually takes 3-5 working days after order is placed (UK) and up to 10 working days for international shipping during this Covid-19 pandemic. If you have asked for a bespoke upgrade please allow additional time for this to be hand stitched and added to your order.

Afromasks are cloth masks and are not the most effective forms of protection from novel coronavirus Sars-CoV-2 & Covid-19. Our masks are washable/sustainable and are designed to reduce the spread of infection. We support the government’s advice to stay home and Afromasks are suitable for short excursions if you have to leave your dwelling for essentials.
